EPEX - Dyneema update

In a very important step forward, Elvstrøm Sails have successfully trialed, tested, and have a full seasons use from DSM's Dyneema yarns. One of the more difficult yarns to successfully use due to its low melting point, slippery surface and high heat shrinkage.

Having resolved all of these problems, it has allowed us to develop a product which is incredibly strong, resistant to stretch and is unaffected by UV and flex.

Fully support by the manufacturers of Dyneema, DSM, in the commercial, technical and testing phases, we have now this yarn as an available component in EPEX production

We now have a mature product with Dyneema, and we a very confident that this will be a major advantage for you, our customers.
